1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AuditPro Canada's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

AuditPro Canada provides professional financial audit services including:

• Financial statement audits
• Compliance reviews
• Risk assessments
• Consultation services
• Regulatory compliance assistance

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information
• Grant reasonable access to records and personnel
• Pay fees according to the agreed schedule
• Maintain confidentiality of audit processes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for audit services:

• 50% deposit required upon engagement
• Final payment due within 30 days of completion
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All prices are in Canadian dollars
• Additional work may result in extra charges

5. Confidentiality

AuditPro Canada maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information. We will not disclose confidential information except as required by law or with client consent. This obligation continues beyond the termination of our professional relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the engagement in question.

7. Professional Standards

All services are performed in accordance with:

• Canadian Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
• International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
• CPA Canada guidelines
• Provincial regulatory requirements

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. Client records will be returned or destroyed as requested.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Alberta, Canada, in accordance with Canadian arbitration laws.
